AWARD The matter is taken up in National Lok Adalat. Sri. Avilash Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants and Sri. Mukesh Kumr Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company are present. The parties have resolved this matter amicably on the terms as under: That over and above the compensation amount awarded by learned Tribunal and paid to the claimants, the respondent – Insurance Company shall pay Rs. 80,000/- (Eighty Thousand) as lump sum amount towards compensation as full and final satisfaction. The respondent – Insurance Company is directed to deposit the aforesaid amount of Rs. 80,000/- (Eighty Thousand) before the concerned Tribunal within a period of one month from the date of settlement and the learned Tribunal is directed to disburse the aforesaid amount in favour of the appellants / claimants on proper identification. In terms of the settlement, the instant miscellaneous appeal is disposed of. The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
