This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haveli, Ayodhya to pass necessary and appropriate order on the application for temporary injunction no. C-6 filed in Suit No.536 of 2025 (Ram Narain Verma and others vs. Mastram and others) and further direct the parties to maintain status quo on the spot in dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a suit for permanent injunction before the court concerned which is pending disposal. It is also submitted that the next date fixed in the matter is 25.07.2025 and the defendants have started raising construction on the land in dispute to change the nature of land and to close the way. Learned counsel prays that the court concerned may be directed to pre-pone the matter and to take decision in the matter expeditiously. Considering the request made by the counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merit of the case, the respondent no.1-Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Haveli, Ayodhya is directed to pre-pone the case from 25.07.2025 to the second week of July, 2025 and decide the application filed by the petitioner for temporary injunction No.C-6 filed in Suit No.536 of 2025 (Ram Narain Verma and others vs. Mastram and others) in the second week of July, 2025 itself.
