This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner, namely, 1. Sri Fiddus Ali @ Firdus, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 78/2025 registered under Sections 316(2)/318(4)/303(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner was granted interim pre-arrest bail on 31.07.2025. The learned prosecution submits that charge sheet has been submitted in the case . 4. In view of the same the interim bail granted vide order dated 31.07.2025 is made absolute, subject to the conditions that: (a) He shall be available for the trial; (b) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; 5.
