Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the transfer order dated 13.6.2025 passed by the opposite party no. 2 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from District Kannauj to District Etawah. The petitioner's wife is currently posted in the Health Department at District Sitapur, and the petitioner seeks posting either at District Sitapur or in nearby districts. However, by the impugned order dated 13.6.2025, the petitioner has been transferred from Kannauj to District Etawah. All these grievances can be raised before the opposite party no. 2. In view of the aforesaid, petitioner is directed to move a fresh representation before the opposite party no. 2 within a period of one week from today and the same shall be decided by the opposite party no. 2 within two weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order. Till then no coercive measure shall be taken against the petitioner. With the aforesaid direction, writ petition is finally disposed of.
