Case No. 7948 of 2023 registered under section 406 and 420 of IPC pending in the court of learned Sub-Division Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not file the bail bond as they have no other siblings. He submits that the father and mother of the petitioners have passed away. Thus, they are not having any other close relative but cousins. 3. In view of the aforesaid fact this Court clarifies that the cousins will also come within the purview of close relatives. So, if bailors are cousins their bonds should be accepted by the Court concerned. 4. The petitioners should file bail bonds within four weeks from the date of this order before the Court concerned. 5. This Cr.M.P. is disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Tanuj/
