Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 30.05.2025 passed by learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Ayodhya in Original Suit No.764 of 2025 in re: Shri Narayan Jaiswal versus Radhey Shyam Singh to the extent that learned trial court instead of granting temporary injunction in favour of the petitioner has issued notice to opposite party. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the court below may be directed to decide the temporary injunction application moved by the petitioner in the aforesaid original suit, which is pending before it for consideration. 4. In view of the aforesaid, without entering into merits of the case, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the court below to take appropriate decision on the application for temporary injunction moved by the petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
