Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Chakradharpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 65 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. It is alleged that the father of the Informant had gone to participate in the last rites of his nephew and thereafter, he went missing. On 26.02.2022 at 3.00 p.m., his dead body was recovered from a pond in village Ottar. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the FIR, nor they were put on T.I. Parade and their names had transpired in the confession of the co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It was finally submitted that the co-accused Chokro Purti has been granted bail by this court in B.A. No. 2437 of 2025 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 2. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Chakradharpur P.S.
