Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents as well as perused the record. 2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have sought a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider their case in accordance with circular dated 27.05.2025 issued by respondent no.1 and to provide re- employment to them against the respective posts. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have already preferred representation dated 03.06.2025 to respondent no.3, which has been annexed as Annexure No.6 to the writ petition, but no appropriate decision has been taken on the same till date, therefore, a direction may be issued respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners with expedition. 5. Learned Standing Counsel for the State has no objection if direction for disposal of the said representation is issued. 6. In view of the above facts, without entering into merits of the issue, the instant writ petition is disposed of finally with direction that respondent no.3 i.e. Chief Medical Officer, Shrawasti shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioners, strictly in accordance with law, by passing a speaking and reasoned order, with expedition, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
