Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the opposite parties to conduct fair and proper investigation of Case Crime No. 0125/2025, under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333, 109, 110 B.N.S. Police Station Jethwara, District Pratapgarh (contained as Annexure No. 1) in the interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A. based upon instructions states that one of the accused has already been arrested. 4.
