Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The instant petition has been filed to command the opposite parties, particularly, O.P. Nos.2 & 3 to make allotment of fair price shop of Gram Panchayat Kataria Sammanpur, Block Akbarpur, Ambedkar Nagar, in favour of the petitioner in accordance with resolution dated 26.12.2024. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that his grievance will be addressed if his representation is decided by the respondents. 4. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation before respondent No.3 within a period of 15 days from today along with a copy of this order. 5. In case such a representation is filed, the respondent No.3 shall decide the same within a period of next one month. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
