Government of U.P. and others: (2014) 2 SCC 1. 3. Considering the fact that the application has already been filed by the petitioner, the petition is disposed of directing the police authorities to take appropriate decision on the said application in the light of judgment of Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari (supra) within a period of two months.
