Present petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing FIR No.134 of 2025, under Section 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 324(1) of BNS, P.S. Madhavganj, District Hardoi. 3. It is argued that the parties have settled their disputes amicably. 4. On the basis of the said statement, this Court vide order dated 24.06.2025 had directed for verification of the compromise before the Senior Registrar. The Senior Registrar has furnished his report dated 25.06.2025 wherein the compromise stands verified in between the parties. 5. In view thereof, FIR No.134 of 2025 (supra) stands quashed. 6.
