Vide order dated 16th May, 2025, this Court, while admitting petition to hearing, stayed the impugned order subject to the petitioner depositing 50% of the amount due as on that date. The petitioner has failed to deposit the said amount and has also abandoned not only the petition but counsel also. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting this petition. 3. The instant petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. 4. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
