By way of the present petition, the petitioners have sought protection of life and personal liberty and a restraint against any interference by the respondents in their marital life. 2. This Court, vide order dated 24.06.2025, directed learned counsel for the petitioners to place on record a medical certificate regarding the age of petitioner No. 2, issued by a registered Medical Officer, by the next date of hearing. By virtue of the said order, it was further provided that the respondents shall not interfere or cause any interference in the marital life of the petitioners in any manner whatsoever. The said protection was made subject to objections from the other side and was to remain operative till the next date of hearing before the Bench. 3. Today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. The petitioners have failed to comply with the order dated 24.06.2025 and, instead, have filed an application, being CM No. 3573/2025, seeking exemption from filing the required age proof of the petitioner No.2, which is in direct contravention of the order dated 24.06.2025. 4. In view of the above, the present petition, along with connected applications, is dismissed for non-prosecution and for non-compliance with the order dated 24.06.2025.
