CRL.M.A. 23590/2025 (seeking deposit of the surety amount in cash) 4. The Applicant was granted bail by this Court on 8th July, 2025 subject to certain conditions delineated in the order. Subsequently, on an application filed by the Applicant, by order dated 21st July, 2025, the amount of the bail bond and the surety was reduced from INR 50,000/- to INR 25,000/-. 5. The Applicant has now filed the above-captioned application, seeking permission to be released on personal bond with deposit of the surety This is a digitally signed order. Pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has not able to arrange for the sureties, and accordingly, seeks a direction for modification of the relevant bail condition. 7. Considering the above, the Applicant is permitted to be released on bail, subject to furnishing of personal bond of INR 25,000/- with cash surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/Duty MM/Link MM. The other conditions contained in the order dated 8th July, 2025 shall remain unaltered. The Applicant shall, nonetheless, within one month from the date of release, arrange and furnish the surety in the sum of INR 25,000/-. 8. Subject to the aforenoted modification, the application stands disposed of. 9. A copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
