1. Heard. Having perused the order dated 26.11.2020, we find that Rule 6(a) of Appendix-37 of Post & Telegraphs Manual Volume- IV, has not been correctly interpreted and thus, there is error apparent on the face of the record.

26.11.2020. Ordered accordingly.
