Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 21, Sultanpur to decide the application filed by the applicant U/s 173(8) CrPC with respect to further investigation of Case Crime No.0595/2022, U/s 409 IPC lodged at Police Station Gosainganj, District Sultanpur, within the stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the FIR of the aforesaid case was lodged by the applicant in the year 2022 in which fair and proper investigation has not been conducted and, therefore, he has moved an application for further investigation, which is pending. He submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. 4. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the application filed by the applicant U/s 173(8) CrPC with respect to further investigation of Case Crime No.0595/2022, U/s 409 IPC lodged at Police Station Gosainganj, District Sultanpur, with expedition, in accordance with law, considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court time to time. 5.
