The present writ petition has been filed for constituting an enquiry committee to enquire into nature of the land, appertaining to Khata no.116, Mauza no.246, plot no.2042, measuring an area of 16 Kathas, situated at Professor Colony, Main Gate Maithan Dam, District Dhanbad. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of dispute raised in the present writ petition, this Court is of the view that that no writ of mandamus can be issued on the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 4. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take alternative recourse as available under law for redressal of his grievance. (Rajesh Shankar, J.)
