Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A. who appears on behalf of the State- respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and Shri Kaushal Katiyar, Advocate who has filed his Power on behalf of the Opposite party no.4. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following main prayers:- "i) Quash the FIR No.503/2025. under Sections 74, 352, 351(3) of the B.N.S. Police Station Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow, at the behalf of compromise dated 01.06.2025. ii) Direct to the Opposite party nos.2 and 3 closed investigation in this matter at the ground of compromise dated 01.06.2025 in the interest of justice." 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that after FIR was lodged a compromise has occurred between the parties. A true copy of the compromise entered into between the parties has been filed alongwith writ petition. 4. The counsel for the Opposite party no.4 has not disputed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the Investigating Officer of Police Station Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, alongwith the true copy of compromise on 15.07.2025 at 02:00 P.M. 6. The Investigating Officer shall verify the contents of the compromise and then submit appropriate report to the Magistrate concerned. 7. The Registry is directed to return the original copy of the compromise after retaining photostat copy of the same on record. 8. Till 15.07.2025, the petitioners namely Tej Pal and Shiv Ram, shall not be arrested in pursuance of the impugned FIR No.503/2025. under Sections 74, 352, 351(3) of the B.N.S. Police Station Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow. 9. It is clarified that the interim protection granted by this Court is subject to the petitioners complying with the condition of approaching the Investigating Officer alongwith Respondent no.4 for verification of their compromise.
