This writ petition is filed by Manager of Saraswati Inter College, Anandpuri Khatoli, District Champawat challenging the letter dated 29.05.2025 issued by Chief Education Officer, Champawat. By the said letter, Management of the aforesaid school was informed that in view of ban imposed by State Government on fresh appointments in Government aided schools, the request made by Management for advertising vacancies cannot be considered at the moment. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to subsequent order issued by State Government on 26.09.2025. He also refers to judgment dated 03.09.2025 rendered by this Court in WPMS No. 2839 of 2023, whereby ban on new appointments in Government aided schools, imposed by State Government vide order dated 19.09.2023, was set aside. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of judgment rendered in WPMS No. 2839 of 2023, the writ petition is 2025:UHC:10521 disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh application, seeking permission for advertising the vacancies on teaching/non-teaching posts, to the Competent Authority. If petitioner makes such application within two weeks from today, the Competent Authority shall take decision, as per law, within four weeks thereafter.
