Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of First Information Report dated 08.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 107 of 2025, under Section 87 B.N.S., P.S. Hariyawan, District Hardoi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are major and have performed marriage and a certificate in relation thereto has also been issued by Arya Samaj Vardan Seva Sansthan, Hardoi. It is further contended that even as per the allegations levelled in the FIR, the age of the girl has been stated to be 18 years. 4. Considering the above facts, a case for grant of interim relief stands made out during the course of investigation. 5. The petition stands disposed of directing the respondent nos. 1 and 2 not to take any coercive measure against the petitioners till submission of police report under Section 193(3) B.N.S.S. It is further directed that both the petitioners shall duly cooperate in the investigation and shall not avoid the proceedings undertaken by the Investigating Officer.
