No.0100 of 2025, U/s 303(2) BNS, (u/s 379 of IPC) P.S. Aliganj, District -Ambedkar Nagar (As contained in the Annexure no.1)." 4. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that petitioner is neither implicated nor is wanted in relation to the offence arising out of FIR No.0100 of 2025. 5.
