Court No.20, Barabanki to expedite the proceedings of Civil Suit No.409 of 2025, Margoob Ahmad Versus State of U.P. and others and decide the application C-6 under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. dated 18.03.2025 within such time bound period as may be deemed fit and fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
