Subsequently, the petitioner also made representations dated 13.11.2014 and 01.12.2014 to that effect, but the respondents have not considered the same. 2. This Court by an order dated 17.12.2014, directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner, by stipulating time limit. 3. Neither the learned counsel for the petitioner nor the learned counsel for the respondents have instructions from the respective parties for disposal of the writ petition on merits. 4. On perusal of the prayer, it appears that matter pertains to transfer. Due to efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition might not have been survived. 5. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is closed. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to file application for restoration, and the same may be considered in accordance with law.
