Rajesh Pratap Singh and others" under Sections 380,427,504,506 IPC Police Station Tikuniya District Lakhimpur Kheri and the judgment and order dated 03.09.2024 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Lakhimpur Kheri in Crl. Misc. Case No.118 of 2024 (Criminal Revision)" Sharda Prasad and others Vs. Sunita Devi) by means of which the revision filed by the applicant has been dismissed being barred by limitation. Even otherwise, it was the second revision as earlier Criminal Revision No. 127 of 2018 was dismissed by means of order dated 23.07.2024 by learned Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Lakhimpur Kheri. Learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing at some length, submits that the application may be dismissed as not pressed. Learned A.G.A. has no objection.
