ANJARIA) The order dated 02.08.2023 and the direction contained therein passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.14853 of 2022 does not contain any time limit for the compliance. 2. It was submitted by learned advocate Smt. M. Bharathi for the complainant that subsequent to the passing of the said order, the application dated 11.08.2023 was submitted to the authority- Tahsildar. However, in the said application also, the petitioner requested the authority to comply with the order without setting down any time limit for compliance. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:11859-DB CCC No. 95 of 2025 3. When neither learned Single Judge nor in the subsequent communication the petitioner has set down any time limit for compliance, it is not possible to conclude at this stage that contempt of court is committed. 4. However, since the order of the learned Single Judge should not go uncomplied, the present contempt petition is disposed of directing the respondent-competent authority to act upon the direction issued by learned Single Judge and act in accordance with law within eight weeks. 5. The contempt petition is disposed of as not entertained, subject to the above observation.
