Notice confined to respondents No.1 to 4, which is accepted by Mr. Y.P.S.Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General.
In view of nature of order being passed hereinafter neither the reply is required to be called from respondents No.1 to 4, nor notice is required to be issued to respondent No.5. With consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is heard at this stage.

Petitioner’s grievance is to the office order dated 03.05.2025 (Annexure P-1), whereunder he has been transferred from GSSS Charatgarh, District Una to GSSS Dharampur, District Una, vice respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has completed his normal tenure at the present place of posting at GSSS Charatgarh, District Una, where he was posted in July 2021. Learned counsel, however further submits that the place where the petitioner has been transferred i.e. GSSS Dharampur, District Una is likely to be downgraded in near future and therefore, he has made a representation on 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) to the respondent/Competent Authority, seeking his adjustment to another place mentioned therein.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case respondent No.2/Competent Authority, is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation in a time bound schedule. schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection for the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.5 has since joined at the transferred station.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and without interfering with the respondent No.5’s transfer under the impugned order, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy, within one week from today. Copy of decision so taken, be communicated to the petitioner.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
