Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. This application under section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the N.B.W issued on 12.6.2024 against the applicant in S.T. 03 of 2022 arsing out of Case Crime No. 681 of 2021, under Sections 364-A, 506, 34 IPC and Section 3(2)V S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Ayodhya. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in this case after released on bail, he could not appear before the learned trial court on the date fixed that was the reason N.B.W was issued on 12.06.2024. Now, he is ready to appear before the learned trial court and participate in the proceeding, therefore, request to quash the order of N.B.W issued on 12.6.2024. Learned A.G.A opposed the prayer as aforesaid and contended that he is avoiding the proceeding of the case, therefore, N.B.W was issued. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A, perusal of order dated 12.6.2024, it is expedient to direct the applicant to appear before learned trial court within a period of two weeks and to continue to appear on every date unless exempted by the learned trial court. In the meantime, N.B.W issued on 12.06.2024 against the applicant shall remain in abeyance. Accordingly, this application is disposed of finally. Order Date :- 25.6.2025 GS/A.
