Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The present petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to secure the matrimonial life of the petitioners and not to harass them. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have performed marriage out of their sweet will. A certificate issued in relation thereto by Arya Samaj Shivpuri Kamta, Chinhat, Lucknow has been annexed as Annexure No. S.A.-1 to the supplementary affidavit. 5. Considering the submissions made and the material placed before this Court, we find that it is a fit case for granting protection to the petitioners. 6. The petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to harass the petitioners in their matrimonial life. 7. The petitioners undertake to get their marriage registered in accordance with the Rules framed under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 within a period of three months.
