The present applicant ‘Jasveer’ S/o Raj Singh is praying for anticipatory bail on an apprehension of arrest in reference to a complaint made by one Rohit Bhatt dated 11.10.2025, which is annexed as Annexure- 2 to the anticipatory bail application. 4. On the previous date the State was directed to get instructions. 5. Today, learned A.G.A., on instructions, apprise to this court that uptill date no FIR has been registered against the applicant and the applicant is not wanted in any case. 6. In such view of the matter since there is no FIR at this juncture there is no any question to grant anticipatory bail and, therefore, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed. 7.
