Civil Writ Petition No.16725/2022, which was dismissed by Registrar (Judicial) vide [2025:RJ-JP:22277] (2 of 2) [WRES-354/2024] order dated 18.03.2024 on account of non-compliance of the per- emptory order dated 16.02.2024. Having considered the grounds mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed and the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16725/2022 is ordered to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees).
