2. Heard Mr.K.Laxmana Sastry, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the respondents.
3. Upon perusal of the material of record, this Court observed that,
learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter dated 20.10.2022 addressed to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as Withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
