Dumka, A.G.A. for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Since both these bail applications arise from the same FIR, they are heard together and are being decided by this common order. 2. Applicant Ashish Alias Montu and Pramod Alias Sonu is in judicial custody in FIR No.01 of 2025, under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b)(xi)/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 Police Station- Kotwali Nagar Haridwar, District- Haridwar. They have sought their release on bail. 2 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. It is argued on behalf of the applicant- Pramod Alias Sonu that the applicant Pramod Alias Sonu has already been granted bail in the case based on which the instant FIR has been lodged; applicant Pramod Alias Sonu is not a previous convict 4. On behalf of the applicant Ashish alias Montu, it is submitted that there have been two cases based on which the instant FIR has been lodged. In one case, the applicant Ashish alias Montu is already on bail and in another case, he has yet not received any summons; applicant Ashish alias Montu is not a previous convict. 5. These facts are not denied by learned State Counsel. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicants deserve to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail applications are allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on their executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable 3 sureties, each in the like amount, by each one of them, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
