The present petition has been filed claiming that both the petitioners are major and have married out of their own free will. The certificate of registration of marriage is also on record as Annexure No. 1. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are prima facie major and have married as is demonstrated from the certificate of marriage, the the present petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioners shall not be harassed solely on account of their marriage.
