Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Opposite Parties (Particularly Opposite Party No.2) to not thrust upon the Petitioner No.2 Institution for giving admission to 34 Male students allotted by Opposite Party No.2 for undertaking B.Sc (Nursing) Degree Course for Academic Session 2025 - 2026 in Petitinoer's No.2 Institution." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has moved a representation before respondent no.1. He presses that as the third round of counselling is to commence w.e.f. 19.07.2025, respondents may be directed to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners prior to the said date. 4. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the fact that respondent no.1 is to take a decision on the representation moved by the petitioners and filed at Annexure - 14, present petition is disposed off directing respondent no.2 to pass orders on the representation (Annexure - 14) preferably within a period of three days from today.
