Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's son who had come for vacation to his parents house had gone to take bath in Kollidam River and unfortunately he got into quicksand and got drowned. He would further submit that the body of the boy has been recovered and handed over to his parents. 4. Recording the said submission, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
