Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and 2nd respondent were in love and had physical intimacy with consent. However, after the relationship between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent strained, the 2nd respondent filed a complaint. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 4. Perused the material available on record. 5. The FIR is dated 18.03.2025, the investigation is yet to be concluded. This court is of the considered opinion that this case does not warrant any interference at this stage. 3 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 7.
