Learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. Jahingeer A. Dar, GA, submits that the respondents have issued the NDC, which has been handed over to respondent No. 4, who is required to process the petitioner’s pension case.
Learned counsel for respondent No. 4, Mr. B. A. Zargar, undertakes to ensure that the requisite action shall be completed within a period of two weeks. In view of the above submissions and the undertaking given, the contempt proceedings are hereby dropped and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
