With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up for disposal at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as Lecturer (Physics) at Government Senior Secondary School Showad District Kullu. His case is that he has been serving in and around the present place of posting within District Kullu for the last more than six years and three months. Even at the present place of posting, he has completed more 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 than normal requisite tenure and on completion of the same, he preferred representations dated 25.03.2025 (Annexure P-4) and 23.04.2025 (Annexure P-5 (colly) to respondent No.2/competent authority for his transfer in view of his adverse family circumstances, but the said representations have not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today.
