The instant application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the applicant has sought quashing of the entire proceedings including the summoning order dated 08.10.2024 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad in Case No.4040 of 2019 (State Vs. Subhendra Singh) under Sections 332, 353, 186, 504, 506 IPC. 3. The quashing of the proceedings has been sought on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise on 07.02.2025, a copy whereof has been annexed with the affidavit. 4. In compliance of orders dated 04.03.2025 and 08.04.2025 passed by this Court in Application U/S 482 No.1782 of 2025 (Shubendra Singh Vs. State of UP), the compromise has been verified by the trial court by means of an order dated 16.04.2025. 5. Sri Kshitij Singh, the learned counsel for the opposite party nos.2 has supported the prayer made by the applicant and has given his consent for proceedings being quashed on the basis of compromise. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the entire proceeding including the summoning order dated 08.10.2024 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad in Case No.4040 of 2019 (State Vs.
