Saleem Parray, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the instant petition. He further prayed for liberty to pursue the appropriate legal remedies available under the law. Learned counsel further submitted that in case petitioner approach the competent authority via an appeal, a direction be issued for the expeditious disposal of the same. In view of the submissions made, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
