The present writ petition is filed questioning order dated 23.07.2013 for recovery of amount which was paid to the petitioner from the period 05.03.2011 to 31.03.2011. 3. After notice the respondents have filed their counter affidavit along with it, they have annexed the order dated 17.12.2013. Accordingly, from said order it has been clarified that the date of the retirement of the petitioner is on 31.03.2011 instead of 05.03.2011, in view of the subsequent orders, nothing survives in this writ petition. 4.
