Learned AGA, based upon the instructions, states that final report has already been prepared and is pending before the Supervisory Authority. 4. In view thereof, no direction as sought can be granted. 5. The petition stands disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned to submit final report with most expedition before the court concerned.
