By means of this application the applicants have prayed to stay the entire proceeding of criminal case no.7208 of 2014 arising out of case crime no.111 of 2014 under Section 498-A, 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, police station Nagram, District Lucknow. 3. Vide order dated 07.05.2018, parties were directed to appear before the Senior Registrar for verification of compromise. 4. The report of the Senior Registrar of this Court dated 14.05.2018 is on record, according to which, he has verified the compromise on 14.05.2018. The original compromise is on record which has been annexed as Annexure-4 to the application. 5. According to the terms of the compromise, parties have decided to withdraw all the cases filed by them against each other including case crime no.111 of 2014 under Section 498-A, 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, police station Nagram, District Lucknow. 6. Intent is clear, opposite party no.2 Smt. Sheeba, who is a signatory to the compromise, does not want to press the case crime impugned, therefore, no purpose would be served in allowing the proceedings even if charge sheet has been filed before the court below to go on considering the nature of the dispute. 7. Consequently, the impugned charge sheet dated 30.08.2014 and the entire proceeding of criminal case no.7208 of 2014 arising out of case crime no.111 of 2014 under Section 498-A, 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, police station Nagram, District Lucknow are hereby quashed. 8. The application is, accordingly, allowed. 9. The Senior Registrar of this Court shall communicate this order to the court concerned for correcting its record, accordingly. 10.
