Present petition has been filed for the following relief; i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding and directing the concerned Opposite Parties particularly Opposite Party Nos.5 to 11 not to interfere in the peaceful possession of petitioner over Land Gata No.1139 & 1142, situated in Village- Samda, Pargana- Amsin, Tehsil- Sadar, District Faiabad/ Ayodhya, by constructing chak road over the petitioner's land till pendency of Case for correction of map, bearing Case No.D202504230000699, 'Amrish Singh vs Anand Prakash & others' pending before the Opposite Party no.2. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is ready to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move an application under Section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation of the land in question. 4. In view of above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. In case, such an application is filed, the authority concerned will proceed in accordance with law and decide the same expeditiously as possible.
