By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the order of suspension dated 13.06.2024 and also questioning the continuance of the order of suspension beyond the period of 90 days. 2. Mr. Kale, learned Addl. Advocate General by raising an objection submits that the order of suspension is appealable before the Governor under the Rule 23 (iii) read with Rule 24 of Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1966 (for short, the “CCA Rules 1966’,) as the impugned order has been passed by the State Government. 3. I have heard both the parties and consider the objection of the respondent/State. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach before the appellate authority/Governor under the Rule 23 (iii) read with Rule 24 of CCA Rules 1966 within a stipulated period. In case of filing of such appeal, the appellate authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and on its own merits within a 3 further period of 20 days from the receipt of the appeal to be filed by the petitioner. 5.
