The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “(i) to quash the letter dated 03.10.2015 of Circle Officer, Barari, issued vide letter no. 761. (ii) to quash the letter no. 771 dated 16.03.2017, issued by Circle Officer, Barari, sent to District Fisheries Officer-cum-Chief Patna High Court CWJC No.5738 of 2017(3) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 Executive Officer, Katihar. (iii) to direct Prabhulal Paswan, respondent no. 06, to vacate the Jalkar under dispute which he forcefully grabbed.” 3.
