Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 01.05.2025, whereby an order passed saying that educational activities being run by the petitioner. 3. The counsel for the petitioner relies upon the judgment of this Court passed in Writ C No. 4464 of 2025, decided on 14.05.2025, whereby this Court had observed that no opportunity of hearing was granted prior to passing of the order and on the said sole ground, the order was quashed and the matter was remanded for passing fresh order after affording an opportunity of hearing. 4. Following the said judgment and the reasoning contained therein, the order dated 01.05.2025 in case of the petitioner is also quashed. The matter is remanded to the authority concerned to pass fresh orders in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing. 5. The petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
