The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 2 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners." 3. Considering the material on record, prima facie, the petitioners are major and their marriage was also solemnized at Arya Samaj Mandir and they have applied for registration of marriage also. 4. Considering these facts, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the opposite parties not to create any hindrance in the married life of the petitioners in any manner.
