The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Respondent submits that though the case dairy was called for, however, in the meanwhile the charge has been laid vide charge-sheet No. 90/2025 dated 20.06.2025 against the present petitioner. 3. In view of laying of charge-sheet, this bail application is disposed of with observation that the petitioner may approach and may seek relief before the learned Trial Court, if so advised.
